Environmental policy statement
Henco Industries is aware of the growing importance of the environment more than ever. In 2013, various actions have been implemented in terms of the continuous improvement of the environmental impact. These actions are consistent with the seven CSR principles enclosed within ISO 26000 and the environmental policy of Henco. Our organisation declares that all 3 establishments, involved in the production of multilayer pipes and fittings, operate according to the applicable environmental laws and conditions.
By continuously improving our activities, we want to constrain the environmental impact arising from our production process. We endeavour to the continuous improvement of reducing waste and an efficient use of energy, raw materials, water and packaging materials.
To give direction to this lifetime process of improvement, we engage ourselves in the participation of the Environmental Charter and the implementation of its methodology in order to identify the environmental aspects of our production process and to realise an annual environmental action plan in which measurable targets are set.
To achieve this objective, our staff policy ensures that all our employees are informed and aware of their influence on the environment.
